It was noted during the Committee’s meeting that the aim of the bill (Reg. No. 3406) is creating efficient competitive environment and development of competition on commodity markets as a means of ensuring stable economic growth, improvement of conditions for efficient functioning of commodity markets, as well as improvement of mechanism of their state regulation.
Particularly, the Programme stipulates making 80 measures on improvement of state regulation of economic relations in five areas.
It was stressed that the Programme includes definition of the optimal competition model (efficient competition model) and a complex of key preconditions ensuring functioning of the optimal competition model (efficient competitive environment).
